Fund Raiser on Lido Island

We had the privilege of catering the American Heart Association's Annual Fund Raiser. The setting was a gorgeous home overlooking the ocean on Lido Island. The evening was beautiful as the sun set while the guests enjoyed an assortment of hors d'oeuvres, pastries and specialty martinis on the patio.



Some Items Served

Endive Spears
Piped with bleu cheese mousse and
garnished with crisp apple wedge and
a candied walnut piece

Miniature Crepe Rolls
Delicate crepe rolled with smoked salmon,
fresh dill and crisp asparagus spears and
garnished with star of cream cheese

Miniature Shortcake Dessert Sliders
Buttermilk biscuit layered with
fresh strawberries and whipped cream
